Documents Required

• 1 copy of application form (presented by Songwon University)
  ※ Please present two additional pictures identical to the attached to the application form
• 1 copy of personal history (form presented by Songwon University)
• 1 copy of written finance guaranty vow by financial guarantors (form presented by Songwon university)
• 1 original certificate of graduation from the latest school(or certificate of expected graduation), including original copies ※ Students who present expected certificates shall present graduate certificates before entrance and if not, admission is cancelled.
• 1 original transcript of the latest school
• 1 copy of family background certificate issued by applicants’ country : including original copies
• 1 copy of Passport
• 1 Certificate of deposited money (above US$3,000) of financial guarantor (The money must be kept one month before application unti arrived in Korea.Especially,Vietnamesemust must keep more than US$10,000 from 6 month before application until their arrived in Korea)
  ※ Money should be deposited until your entrance as balance can be referred.
• 1 copy of proof of employment or business license of financial guarantors
• 1 copy of Income certificate or tax payment of financial guarantors (if issued)
• Higher education qualification certificate from http://www.chsi.com.cn or www.cdgdc.edu.cn(Just only for Chinesestudent)
  ※ All documents shall have additional Korean or English copies attached.
  ※ If necessary, you may submit additional documents.
  ※ The students who do not need visa recognition may not submit part of the documents mentioned above.

Application

• International Students Admission Committee evaluates submitted documents for the decision of admission
  ※Personal history, school record, academic ability, financial ability and route are evaluated.
• When applicants are judged as having low studying ability, they shall not be admitted regardless of the number to be admitted.

Precaution

• When names of applicants in application forms do not match with those written in other documents, documents that are issued by judicial courts of their countries shall be attached to certify that they are the same person.
• If applicants forge what is recorded in application forms and documents submitted is detected, their admission is cancelled.
• Information that is not specified in the admission guideline will be decided by Songwon University.
• The documents submitted are not returned except that applicants ask them.

Dormitory Information

• A. Qualification : any applicant accepted is allowed to live in the dormitory.
• B. Charge : About 800,000won for 4 months(Variable)
• C. Students shall prepare a blanket, a pillow, a bed ped, a cloth hanger, soaps and a toothbrush, to name but a few

Academic Information

• A. Period :
  - Spring semester will be held from March, 1 to August, 31. (20 weeks)
  - Autumn semester will be held from September, 1 to February, 28. (20 weeks)
